Organic Cayetana Aloe Vera White Wine

Refreshing Spanish white wine vinified from 100% organic Cayetana vines and refined with organic aloe vera.

The Bouquet, with fruity and tangy aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers, green gooseberry, citrus, and a hint of pear, is very stimulating. Straw yellow in the glass with a golden shimmer.

Fresh and fruity taste, with balanced acidity. On the palate, it shows nice agility with its incomparable fruity character. The reverberation is wonderfully fresh, fruity, very invigorating, and extremely fine.

Vinification

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Sulfites occur only in very small quantities.
Aloe vera is added to the wine at the end of vinification to create a unique balance.
