This extra virgin olive oil comes from organic olives of Finca Valdemaderos. Most olive trees on this property are more than 100 years old. The resulting oil is of intense flavor with green, herbaceous aromas and a slight sharpness in the afterglow. A result of a blend of the following varieties: Pico Limón, Marteña, Morisca, Carrasqueña, Manzanilla, and Verdial from Badajoz.
