Organic Blue goat cheese. It is a raw milk cheese with mixed coagulation containing Penicillium roqueforti. It is a cheese with a minimum maturity of 2 months in our underground stone cellar. It has an intense taste and something spicy. Remember the cave cheese. Approximate weight 300gr.
