Due to the nutritional value of bananas and cocoa beans as well as the presence of coffee, this strain is ideal for general strengthening.

The first taste in the mouth corresponds to dark chocolate with a hint of banana and a coffee taste in the finish. You can combine this product ideally with yogurt, use it in cakes, combine it with breakfast cereal, or just spoon it.

History

With this product, Madre e Hija has been looking for a product that can replace chocolate spreads. The fair trade organic bananas are not fully developed. The high starch content of the bananas gives the product a hard consistency. Best of all, this condiment is suitable for people who want a good energy boost and have problems with sugar while feeling the slightly sour taste of cocoa.

Ingredients Properties

The cocoa beans of the Criollo variety contain more cocoa butter than the new hybrid varieties, and their flavors are much more developed. These are fair trade organic beans from Peru. They are gently dried in the sun to preserve all their qualities and benefits. It is an unfermented bean with a subtle flavor that comes from a village in the Amazon, 12 hours from Pirogue.

For the preparation, the cocoa beans are not peeled, they thus retain their high fiber content.

According to Dr. Frédéric Maton, member and editor of the IRBMS, contributes the banana with its minerals to prevent the occurrence of cramps, muscle pain or fatigue in the athlete more effectively. It is a useful source of energy in the context of a stock ration (recovery).

From the same author we learn that chocolate helps against fatigue, promotes regeneration, promotes nerve balance and adapts to stress.
